There are a lot of complaints about this site that range from the quality of the merchandise to a lack of customer service and everything in between. Many consumers have found that the items that they won while valued at one price on the site appraisals reveal very different values.

This of course leaves quite a few people holding the bag with merchandise that they “won” and seriously overpaid for. I feel duped because of the name of the site which gives you the feeling that you are using some sort of police endorsed site but it appears you are not. I called the toll free number no one answered in their defense though it was after normal business hours.
